You will receive a daily update including a video, commentary on the work that has been completed and any important updates or changes that you need to be aware of as soon as we have them. In order to ensure a quality fit, we need to allow the right amount of time for the job to be installed. This is why we outline what is to be completed on each day of the fit; it’s why we are able to provide such detailed timescales and daily updates. Our goal isn’t to finish each kitchen as quickly as possible, it is to deliver each kitchen on time with the best finish possible. There may be other companies that promise they can deliver a kitchen faster, but this isn’t always a good thing.
That being said, if you have strict timescales you need to meet (like one of our customers with a newborn arrival due!) we can make arrangements to meet these deadlines. With your permission we can send our team out on the weekend meaning completion dates can be brought forward. We can also perform some of the prep work prior to the kitchen being delivered to help with supplier lead times. Speed isn’t always best, but we believe you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the timescales we can offer.
The other area to consider is cost. We’ve all heard the phase “buy cheap, buy twice” and that certainly applies to kitchens. If your kitchen is not finished correctly or installed how you were expecting, these mistakes can add up quite quickly! Not to mention cheaper installations usually don’t come with any warranties, written contracts or protections meaning it will be up to you to pay to put things right.
